Hobbylap accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only purchase option. Since no digital transaction occurs at checkout, all approved refunds are processed through bank transfer only. Customers will be asked to share accurate bank details solely for this purpose.

Once the returned item is received and reviewed, approved refunds will be initiated within a reasonable timeframe. Processing time may vary depending on banking procedures, but we aim to complete it without unnecessary delay.

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know while submitting your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund through bank transfer will be offered instead.
